浙江省“八大流域”禁渔执法行动启动

随着长声汽笛响起，8艘渔政执法船从温州灵昆岛驶向瓯江流域……3月1日上午，全省“八大流域”禁渔执法行动启动仪式在温州举行。全省3月1日至6月30日对钱塘江、瓯江等八大流域实施禁渔，其中苕溪、运河全年禁渔，禁止除娱乐性游钓以外的所有作业方式，以上水域中已经实行禁渔的，叠加执行相关禁渔规定。

“八大流域”禁渔是当前我省共抓长江大保护、推进渔业治理能力和治理体系现代化的重中之重。此次活动聚焦打击整治、维护禁捕管理秩序，通过教育引导、营造良好禁捕氛围。同时，各地加快推动渔船退捕上岸，鼓励渔民转产转业，努力把生态优势转化为经济优势，渔业经济呈现健康发展态势。

3月至6月是鱼类繁殖的季节，实施禁止捕捞作业，将为亲鱼和幼鱼提供更好的繁殖、生长环境。温州加强全流域执法管理，建立农业农村、公安、海事、交通、市场监管等多部门联合执法、联动会商、信息共享等机制，严厉打击禁渔期各类非法捕捞、非法销售行为，做到禁渔期间“江上无渔船”“水里无网具”“市场无江鱼”。

3月1日上午，省海洋与渔业执法总队直属二支队在温州市中国渔政浙南基地同步挂牌。（记者应忠彭通讯员何正一）
